Pack Your Gear
Securely place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, blank warranty cards, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
Ship to Allen's
Affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the equipment's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
